By using Huntimage, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Description of Service
Huntimage is a location-based game where users create and complete real-world puzzle hunts. Gameplay requires walking to physical locations.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
User Conduct & Content
Don't create hunts or content that are illegal, harassing, hateful, or that direct players to unsafe or private property without permission. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
Safety While Playing
Huntimage is played while walking around in the real world. Always stay aware of your surroundings, obey traffic laws, and never enter a location that requires trespassing. Don't use the app while driving. You play at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing a hunt, you grant Huntimage a license to display it to other users within the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Huntimage is provided "as is." We aren't liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from real-world gameplay, including those caused by other users' hunts.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Huntimage is operated.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
